HOST A QUIZ NIGHT/EVENT AT YOUR PLACE

The first step is to assemble the questions according to the functions’ needs. You can even provide your own questions if you do not want us to create the questions for your event. We build the quiz in our own custom software and run some tests to ensure that the quiz works 100%. The Quiz master will lead proceedings and explain all rules and information.

The audience is divided into teams/tables and each team receives a remote. This remote is linked to our computer and sends through the signals to the system, where answers is tallied and ranked. Each question composes of four possible answers and you got a time limit to submit your answer through the remote. After each question the answer and a graph summary of all the teams’ answers is shown.

The questions are asked in various forms. It can be a straightforward Q and A, video clips, sound clips etc. The team appoints a captain that is in charge of the remote and the final answer. Questions must be answered within the limited time frame. The amount of questions is determined by the time available and needs of the client.

At the end of each session the leader board is shown on the screen. This puts the pressure on and competitiveness spirit can easily be seen.

Sport Quiz

General sport knowledge divided into 5 different sections of 10 questions each. Start with 30 questions and then take a break to get something to eat. Then the last 20 questions to determine the winner. This function is ideal for sport fundi’s with a competitive nature. You can work in a served dinner or even let the teams provide their own food. You can ask a person per team to assemble the team and gather the money per team. Or you can involve different businesses to bring a team.

Pub Quiz

General knowledge divided into 4 different sections of 10 questions each. There will be a break after each section. This will give the contestants a chance to fill-up the glasses and discuss strategies. A Pub Quiz can go on for a few weeks to build leaderboards and make sure teams return every week. This Quiz is ideal for pubs to get more people in the bar during weekdays.

Corporate events

This is totally up to the event. The amount of question, sections and time can differ as requested by the function. It is ideal for year-end-functions, team building and icebreakers. It is important to know the abilities of the group and what they will like and what not.

Sales meetings / events

This Quiz option is very good to advertise your product or business. You can give the Quiz Master information to use for product specific questions. Then you invite potential clients to take part in the Quiz and inform them of the product or business in this way. With this Quiz the organizer and Quiz Master will work together to produce the best questions.

Private parties / functions

This is a great idea for gatherings of friends or families. You can even use the Quiz as an ice breaker at wedding, birthday party or any other occasion. Keep the group small and the questions open to include all kinds of general knowledge levels. You can decide on the format and time set asides for the Quiz.

Fundraising functions

We have a lot of experience in fundraising functions. There are so many ways to kill a cat, but we have endless ideas to incorporate with the Quiz. Auctions are an easy way to raise the necessary funds for whatever the reason may be. We can support in the auction and is available to do a silent auction as well. This Quiz will also be determined on the amount of items being auctioned and the structure.

Nowadays people are always looking for activities to do on a bachelors’ party. The Quiz will get the party started and have some healthy competition between friends. You can bring in extra rules for the Quiz and make it a great game to play.
